Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and develop metrics.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and supporting improvement plans.
• Clear written and verbal communication across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and insights to evaluate delegated entity performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities across delegated programs and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and evaluate performance against contractual and regulatory standards; document findings.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement with internal teams and delegated partners.
• Support DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation collection.
• Manage audit requests, track findings, and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Collaborate across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams to ensure data consistency.
• Provide analytical guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and interpretation of results.
• Improve reporting workflows and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Support broader oversight initiatives with advanced analytical judgment.
