Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor/Analyst to lead complex analytics strengthening delegated healthcare oversight, performance, and regulatory compliance. You will transform data into actionable insights, develop metrics, and report findings to support improvement across clinical, operational, and analytics teams.

The role is fully remote for approved states and emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Experience auditing performance against standards and documenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and analytical insights for delegated entity performance and regulatory compliance.
• Identify trends, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities across delegated programs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits and evaluate performance against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Drive corrective actions, monitor progress, and validate sustained improvements.
• Coordinate government audit support, including data validation and documentation collection.
• Manage audit requests, track findings, and support timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Strengthen cross-functional data integration and investigate discrepancies via root-cause analysis.
• Provide analytical guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and interpretation of results.
