Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Delegate Improvement Auditor / Analyst based in the United States. You will lead complex analytical initiatives that strengthen delegated healthcare oversight, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.

This fully remote role involves auditing, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams, with execution of government audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience evaluating performance against regulatory standards and documenting findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across departments.
• Strong organizational skills; manage audit documentation and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain metrics to evaluate delegated entity performance and regulatory compliance.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities across delegated programs.
• Conduct audits and oversee delegate performance against standards.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement with internal teams and partners.
• Support government audits (DHS and CMS) including data validation and documentation.
