Job summary

Momentm is seeking an Applications Support Analyst to deliver technical hardware/software application support and rapid issue resolution for our client base. You will receive, prioritize, document and actively resolve end-user requests, often providing hands-on remote assistance and documenting knowledge to help clients.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and collaboration with our development team to ensure timely

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (5 years).
Experience with scheduling applications, network administration or programming.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with MS Windows, SQL Server, MS Office, and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

Provide technical hardware/software application support and rapid issue resolution for clients.
Receive, prioritize, document and actively resolve end-user requests.
Remote hands-on support and creating knowledge base articles.
Liaise with development team for fixes and test updates.
Maintain centralized knowledge base and related reporting.
Participate in after-hours on-call remote support.
