You will troubleshoot issues, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive client experience.

The role supports remote work within the United States, with occasional travel up to 10%.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience in software or tech environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a collaborative team.
• Technical aptitude to learn new systems and tools such as MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of ImageTrend products and services to support clients and troubleshoot issues.
• Resolve issues promptly or escalate and track to resolution within SLA.
• Proactively communicate updates and maintain CRM/ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with Support and cross-functional teams to resolve client issues.
• Interact professionally with customers to enhance their experience with ImageTrend.
• Assist with testing and replicating software/hardware problems reported by customers.
