We are looking for a visually-driven, conversion-focused E-commerce Email Designer to join our agency team.

- This is not a brand-facing or UI role.
- You’ll work closely with a Performance Lead to turn ideas into clean, scroll-stopping, mobile-first email designs.
- In this role, you won’t just be "making things look pretty"—you’ll be crafting high-impact visual experiences that drive clicks, revenue, and brand loyalty.
- Designing e-commerce email campaigns
- Asset Creation: Design custom graphics and subtle animations (GIFs)
- Creating modular sections/templates that can be reused and mixed over time
- Have proven experience designing emails for e-commerce brands
- Understand that email design ≠website design
- Know how to design for:
- Click-through rate
- Mobile-first viewing
- Fast scanning (not long reads)
- Graphic-based emails
- Occasional text-forward or hybrid designs
- Understand email constraints (spacing, safe fonts, dark mode, etc.)
- Can take direction but also bring strong creative opinions
- Able to iteratively develop designs that are fully aligned with a brand’s established voice and visual identity
- Extensive experience with email design
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while still pushing for performance
- Understanding of "Email Safe" fonts, image weight optimization, and slicing.
- Fast turnaround and clear communication
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Experience creating modular email template systems
- Understanding of e-commerce email platforms (Klaviyo experience is a plus)
