Job summary

Momentm Technologies in the United States is seeking an Applications Support Analyst to deliver technical hardware/software application support and rapid issue resolution for our client base. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with documentation to help clients.

You will work with customers and internal teams, prioritize issues, liaise with development for fixes, write knowledge base articles, and participate in after-hours remote support in an on-call rotation. Travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 5 years' equivalent in technical discipline.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, SQL Server, MS Office, and networking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer-facing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical hardware/software application support and rapid issue resolution.
• Remote hands-on assistance and documentation to help clients.
• Prioritize and close client issues; escalate when needed.
• Liaise with development team for fixes and testing.
• Write knowledge base articles and maintain Knowledge Base.
• Available for remote support after hours in an on-call rotation.
• Maintain professionalism with customers.
• Travel up to 10%.
