VytlOne is seeking an Application Support Analyst to keep critical applications running, manage workflows, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across IT ops and users.

You will collaborate with development teams, document processes, and contribute to training and SOPs, while supporting a remote workforce across the continental US. This role emphasizes problem solving and operational excellence to boost business performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience documenting troubleshooting steps and SOPs.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily IT operations for optimal performance.
• Respond to and resolve user and internal requests for applications and ETL processes.
• Troubleshoot issues across servers, databases, and desktops.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and fix technical problems.
• Document resolutions and changes to applications.
• Load and validate files into production systems.
• Investigate and resolve file load errors.
• Create user guides and training materials.
• Suggest process improvements from incident trends.
• Contribute to end-user training programs.
