Job summary

Momentive Software, Inc. is seeking a Client Support Specialist in Events Technology to be the frontline resource for clients using our events technology and AV systems.

This hybrid role blends remote technical support, onsite client training, and in-office equipment testing to ensure a seamless experience before, during, and after events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong client relationships, and brings a passion for technology in live events and production

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or client-facing technology role.
• Familiarity with AV systems, events technology, or production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Remote Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries related to events tech and AV; diagnose and resolve issues remotely; maintain records; escalate when needed.
• Onsite Client Training: Travel to client sites to deliver hands-on training; develop training materials and documentation; build client relationships.
• In-Office Equipment Testing: Report to the Philadelphia office to test and QA AV and events tech equipment; troubleshoot issues during testing cycles.
• Other duties as assigned.
