Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Compensation Analyst to own end‑to‑end compensation cycles, partnering with the People team to refine and implement programs across Technology and Business functions.

The role emphasizes data‑driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and ongoing education on compensation structures. You will work within a remote‑first environment with flexible in‑person opportunities, contributing to market‑competitive rewards and supporting equity and total compensation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation or related field.
• Experience leading projects from start to finish using a standard PM lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional partners and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end compensation cycle projects, including planning and communications.
• Provide ad-hoc compensation analyses and storytelling using data.
• Partner with Compensation Programs & Partnerships team on business initiatives across functions.
• Support incentive compensation design processes with kickoff meetings and focus groups.
• Maintain and educate stakeholders on compensation structure and programs.
