A leading impact investment management firm is seeking a Senior Associate for its Finance team, focusing on accounting and financial reporting. WaterEquity is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Finance team. This role is best suited for a professional who pairs technical accounting excellence with operational rigor and sound judgment.
The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, deep systems fluency, and a track record of improving processes through thoughtful design and automation. This is not a task‑execution role; the Senior Associate will materially contribute to elevating accuracy, scalability, and reliability across the accounting function.

This position offers full‑time benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, flexible spending plans, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, and periodic review for merit and incentive pay based on organizational and personal achievement. Overall compensation will be commensurate with education and experience and structured to reflect a competitive package for a full‑time senior associate level team member. Expected pay range is $80,000 - $110,000. Travel required 5-10%.
No relocation benefits, work permit reimbursement, or visa sponsorship will be offered.
