Job summary

Affirm is seeking a detail oriented Compensation Analyst to design, execute, and maintain compensation programs and partnerships. You will report to the Senior Manager of Compensation and collaborate with the Technology and Business functions to deliver thoughtful rewards.

You will lead end-to-end compensation cycles, conduct analyses using Sigma, Radford, and Pave, and serve as a trusted advisor on structure, guidelines, and programs. This remote-first role offers equity and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation with understanding of core concepts.
• Experience leading projects through a standard PM lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration across internal teams and partners.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Detail oriented with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in technology industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end compensation cycles, planning timelines and communications.
• Use Sigma, Radford, and Pave for ad-hoc analyses and storytelling.
• Provide partnership support for Technology and Business functions.
• Support incentive compensation design with kickoff meetings and plan docs.
• Refine and uphold compensation programmatic frameworks.
• Educate stakeholders on compensation structure and programs.
• Maintain job architecture catalog in Workday and docs.
• Engage with external surveys to stay market-ready.
