Affirm is seeking a detail oriented Compensation Analyst to lead mid-year and annual compensation cycles, partnering with the People team and cross‑functional partners. You will analyze market data, build narratives, and provide guidance on compensation structures and programs.

You will maintain our job architecture, support incentive design, and stay current on market trends through surveys. This role supports Technology and Business functions while embracing a remote-first culture.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in compensation with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of core compensation concepts and programs.
• Experience with leading and managing projects from start to finish using a standard project management lifecycle approach.
• Strong team orientation with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across the internal team and cross functional partners.
• Strong relationship management skills with the proven ability to consult, influence, and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders.
• Passion for working with data elements and compiling analysis to “tell the story” and create solutions. Proficient with Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask across several deliverables in a fast paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to new methods and experimentation.
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
