Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation with core concepts.
• Experience leading projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong data analysis and storytelling for stakeholders.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end compensation cycles with planning and communications.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses using Sigma, Radford, and Pave to tell a story.
• Support Compensation Programs & Partnerships initiatives across functions.
• Coordinate incentive plan design and kickoff meetings.
• Maintain job architecture and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with external surveys to stay market-informed.
