Affirm, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to lead the mid-year and annual compensation cycles and partner with Technology and Business teams. You will leverage dashboards and market data to build sound recommendations and inform leadership decisions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data storytelling, and ongoing refinement of compensation programs within a remote-first culture that supports flexible work across the United States.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and related programs.
• Experience leading projects from start to finish using a standard lifecycle.
• Strong relationship management with stakeholders.
• ability to consult, influence, and maintain positive relationships.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end management of mid-year and annual compensation cycles.
• Provide ad-hoc compensation analyses using Sigma Dashboards, Radford, and Pave.
• Support compensation program partnerships across Technology and Business functions.
