A real estate analytical firm is seeking an experienced freelancer to provide real estate analyst support across residential and commercial properties. Workload varies from 0 to 10 hours per week, based on need. Responsibilities include conducting pro formas, feasibility studies, and scenario analysis, along with direct communication with real estate professionals. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of financial modeling and the flexibility to adapt to changing workloads.
I am looking for a reliable and experienced freelancer to support me with real estate analyst type work across both residential and commercial properties. The workload will vary some weeks may have no tasks, others may require a few hours, and some weeks may be closer to 10 hours.
Analyst work: pro formas, feasibility studies, scenario analysis, valuation reports, and asset/portfolio optimization
Communicating directly with real estate professionals (brokers, debt brokers, lenders, etc.)
Deep experience in real estate analysis (residential and commercial)
Knowledge and full understanding of the following is non negotiable: how to model dynamic timelines for forecasting hold periods and refi's, IRR, toggle scenario analysis, sensitivity tables, NPV, DSCR, EM, Etc.
Flexible availability (workload varies week to week)
Hours will be project based and variable (0–10 hours per week depending on need).
This role can grow into ongoing analyst support for the right person.
