Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a detail oriented Compensation Analyst to lead mid-year and annual compensation cycles, collaborating with the People team to implement robust compensation programs and partnerships across Technology and Business functions.

You will leverage tools like Sigma Dashboards, Radford, and Pave to analyze market pay positioning and craft data-driven recommendations. Remote-first with flexibility, with some in-person onboarding as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation with the ability to demonstrate an understanding of core compensation concepts and programs.
• Experience with leading and managing projects from start to finish using a standard project management lifecycle approach.
• Strong team orientation with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across the internal team and cross functional partners.
• Strong relationship management skills with the proven ability to consult, influence, and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders.
• Passion for working with data elements and compiling analysis to “tell the story” and create solutions. Proficient with Google Sheets and Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end to end project management of the mid-year and annual compensation cycles in close alignment with the Compensation team and other key People team partners.
• Provide ad-hoc compensation analyses and story-building support using Sigma Dashboards, Radford, and Pave.
• Partner with the Compensation Programs & Partnerships team for business initiatives across Technology and Business functions.
• Support incentive compensation design processes with kickoff meetings and focus groups.
• Engage in ongoing processes to refine compensation programmatic frameworks.
• Serve as subject matter expert to educate stakeholders on compensation structure and programs.
• Maintain job architecture catalog in Workday and internal documents.
• Participate with external survey companies to stay updated on market trends.
