Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation.
• Experience leading projects through a full lifecycle.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship management.
• Data-driven storytelling using Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Attention to detail with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technology industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end compensation cycles mid-year and annual.
