Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Compensation Analyst to own mid-year and annual compensation cycles, partnering with the People team and business units to deliver thoughtful pay programs. You will build analyses from data sources like Sigma Dashboards, Radford, and Pave to inform market positioning and structure.

You will support the design and maintenance of compensation frameworks, educate stakeholders, and work with Workday for job architecture. This role is remote-first across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation and programs.
• Experience leading projects end-to-end with a PM lifecycle.
• Strong collaboration across internal teams and partners.
• Proven stakeholder consulting and relationship management.
• Data-driven with spreadsheets and presentation storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end compensation cycles with planning, timelines, training resources and communications.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses using Sigma Dashboards, Radford, and Pave; translate data into recommendations.
• Partner with Compensation Programs & Partnerships to support Technology and Business functions.
• Support incentive compensation design with kickoff meetings and plan documents.
• Refine and uphold Compensation’s programmatic frameworks.
• Educate stakeholders on compensation structure and programs.
• Maintain the Workday job architecture catalog.
• Collaborate with external survey partners to stay market-relevant.
