Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a detail oriented Compensation Analyst to design, implement, and maintain compensation programs and partnerships that help deliver thoughtful experiences to Affirmers.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Compensation and collaborate with a broader team to strategize, build, and refine programs. You will manage mid-year and annual cycles, leverage Sigma Dashboards, Radford, and Pave for analyses, and support partnerships across Technology and Business functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation.
• Experience with leading and managing projects from start to finish using a standard project management lifecycle.
• Strong team orientation with the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across the internal team and cross functional partners.
• Passion for working with data elements and compiling analysis to tell the story and create solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end to end project management of the mid-year and annual compensation cycles.
• Provide compensation analyses and storytelling support using existing tools.
• Partner with the Compensation Programs & Partnerships team for business initiatives across Technology and Business functions.
• Support incentive compensation design processes and coordinate kickoff meetings.
