A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage accounts payable and receivable, ensure compliance with audit standards, and prepare financial reports. Candidates should have a Diploma in Accounting and at least 1 year of experience. Immediate availability is preferred. The role offers a permanent employment type with a salary package that includes basic pay and AWS.

- Handle monthly payment cycles and prepare customer Statements of Account.

Our esteemed client in the Logistics industry is seeking an Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Accounts Executive
- Location: Changi Airline Road
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate entries and timely payments.
- Handle monthly payment cycles and prepare customer Statements of Account.
- Oversee invoice data entry and proper account allocation.
- Assist with audit preparation and maintain compliance-ready financial records.
- Compile weekly financial reports and top customer summaries.
- Support month-end closing and resolve account discrepancies with internal teams.
- At least a Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
- Able to start work immediately or in short notice.
