Job Description Summary

• Perform local and overseas receiving, unloading, storage, paste of pallet label and issue of materials to production area.
• Perform picking, packing, and loading of Finish goods into shipment container according to customer requirement.
• Perform periodic cycle count and be responsible for accurate inventory record.
• Replenish resins in silos and perform general preventive maintenances.
• Receive and collection of goods from upstream operations and perform verification.
• Drive fork-lift & Kombi.

Job Responsibilities

• 1.01 Responsible for local and overseas receiving, storage to racking and issuing of materials. Ensure Right at First Time, FIFO and work accuracy.
• 1.02 Perform verification of supplier DO, shipping manifest, invoice, expiry date and against SAP system.
• 1.03 Paste SAP/ Apriso pallet label on physical goods and store goods in the designated location.
• 1.04 Handle replenishment of silo resins (sea bulk containers, Gaylord & Jumbo bags).
• 1.05 Handle movement of chemical to and from chemical storage area.
• 1.06 Perform periodic review of material expiry date versus SAP system. Any deviation, to handle as non conformance requirement.
• 1.07 Ensure Non conformance material pasted with On Hold label and place at designated On Hold racks.
• 1.08 Record and monitor air-con temperature room.
• 1.09 Responsible for picking, packing, unloading and loading of Semi & Finish products into container for shipment to external sterilizer’s and export shipment to customers for various mode of transportation as per Packing List.
• 1.10 Perform quality and safety container inspection upon received or loading.
• 1.11 Coordinate movement of traffic and vehicle at docking area.
• 1.12 Received and collection of goods from Manufacturing, Shrink-wrap and QThold, check description, labelling and quantity accuracy.
• 1.13 Perform periodic inventory cycle count for goods reside under warehouse.
• 1.14 Responsible for movement in and out of racking, ensure proper segregation of different status.
• 1.15 Handle chemical waste/scrap according to proper disposition requirement.
• 1.16 Operate forklift, kombi and/or other equipment in receiving, warehouse, distributing, issuing and stocking.
• 1.17 Perform routine warehouse/facility/racking maintenance and daily cleaning to ensure environmentally safe and efficient warehouse operations.
• 1.18 Comply to warehouse safety rules and work safety procedures.
• 1.19 Execute tasks according to OJT blueprint, ensure compliance to GMP and SOX requirements.
• 1.20 Comply to warehouse safety rules, safe work procedures and as per company policy.
• 1.21 Rotate as SSU facilitator.
• 1.22 Participate or drive continuous improvement initiatives/activities.
• 1.23 Safety & ISO 14001 Environmental accountability: Ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplace by observing Company’s rules and procedures. Active involvement in prevention, elimination of potential safety hazards and participation in activities which promotes recycling, replacement and reduction of resource materials.
• 1.24 Safety & health accountability: Safety and health are important to BD and we encourage the observance of all safety programs and training assigned to you. Such programs are to be attended in a timely manner to ensure that work tasks carried out are in accordance to our safety guidelines and SOPs.
• 1.25 Perform any other tasks as assigned.
