• Ensure Safety, Security, and Quality rules are followed.
• Liaise with customers & service providers on operations.
• Manage 3rd party Traffic service providers.

Option of working hours:

1. Morning: Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm; Alt Sat, 9am-1pm
2. Afternoon: Mon-Fri, 1.30pm - 9.30pm; Alt Sat, 1.30pm - 5.30pm
3. Night: Mon-Fri, 9pm - 5.30am; Alt Sat, 9pm - 1am

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Export/Import activities to meet customer requirements
• Coordinate with customer service & 3PL on Special Handling requirements.
• Conduct daily toolbox meeting to ensure housekeeping are done.
• Identify improvements for warehouse operations in accordance to company objective.
• Ensuring Safety, Security, Quality rules and regulations are followed.
• Liaise with customer & service providers on export/Import warehouse operations.
• Managing of 3rd party Traffic service providers as to ensure smooth deliveries and collection.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Logistic industry and Proficient in MS Office
