Key Role Requirements:

• Designed and developed responsive websites, optimizing layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
• Implemented mobile-first CSS and media queries to ensure seamless user experiences across all platforms.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver visually appealing and intuitive interfaces
• Maintained and updated stylesheets, ensuring consistency and accessibility
• Utilized Figma and Adobe XD for prototyping and wireframing responsive layouts

Scope of Work:

• Collaborate closely with business users to translate business objectives and engagement goals into intuitive, user-centric design solutions.
• Maintain and ensure consistency of corporate identity (CI) and campaign branding across all client accounts and loyalty programs.
• Lead the creative development of seasonal and thematic loyalty campaigns, including gamification experiences, to drive customer engagement.
• Oversee the design and production of digital assets such as banners, email communications, and promotional materials.
• Develop and refine design concepts through user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes based on detailed business requirements.
• Utilize wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to facilitate functional and technical development, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Ensure all designs follow responsive, mobile-first principles to support seamless omnichannel loyalty engagement across devices and platforms.
• Convert visual designs and mock-ups into responsive, standards-compliant HTML and CSS stylesheets.
• Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth front-end to back-end integration and consistent user experience.
• Manage master templates for websites and electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns, adapting them efficiently for localization and multiple languages.
• Create and maintain HTML templates and functional HTML files for use in email marketing campaigns and web content.
• Apply strong proficiency in both HTML and CSS to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with both local and offshore design and development teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
