Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Assistant to handle inventory control and documentation. Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining electronic filing systems. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience and proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply online.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Logistics Assistant.
- Strong skills in inventory management and administration.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and stock goods and orders.
- Monitor material transport for timeliness and legality.
- Prepare shipping documents like invoices and packing lists.
- Verify and reconcile shipping documents.
- Enter data into spreadsheets and verify accuracy.
- Perform inventory controls and ensure audit compliance.
- Maintain electronic filing systems for documentation.
Skills
Education
- In charge in loading ad unloading. sorting and stocking, and packaging goods and orders
- Responsible for monitoring material transported and delivered for timeliness and legality
- Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists, and Shipyard Material Receivers, etc.,
- Responsible for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents
- Provide support in completing paperwork and documentation
- Responsible for entering data into spreadsheets from multiple sources, as well as verifying input and calculations
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audit
- Provide support in the maintenance of electronic filing system for administrative documentation that guarantees swift retrieval of requested documents
- Min N level and above
- Min 3 years of working experience as Logistics Assistant
- Proficient in Inventory software and Ms Office
