Job summary

A logistics consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Supervisor. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, fleet management, and customer communication. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in logistics/supply chain management and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP is required. This role offers an opportunity to enhance logistics operations within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff.
• Preferable experience in 3PL and driver management experience.
• Proficient in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation activities in logistics.

• Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory and tracking report.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation activities (inbound and outbound and operation activities) to ensure Logistics / Distribution operations meet the customer’s expectation)
• Monitor drivers and operations, and assist in doing fleet management and route optimization for drivers
• To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team according to customer requirements.
• Communication with customer to receive orders and enhance customer satisfaction.
• To tally inventory with Singapore custom record, products inventory and make sure the accuracy between physical stocks and system quantity.
• Support Team work on daily reporting such as inventory report, warehouse and distribution tracking report.
• Assist with daily transportation arrangement.
• Assist in any other duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management / Supply Chain / Business Management
• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operation and supervising warehouse staff
• Preferable experience in 3PL and driver management experience
• Proficient in computer skills ie. MS Office, Excel, SAP and WMS
