Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer service team for transport and delivery arrangements.
• Generate Job order for Drivers.
• Liaise with Warehouse on forklift charges and raise PV for payment of forklift.
• Handle schedule routing through in-house system.
• Updating of customer service and sales teams on order delivery status.
• Calculate monthly overtime for Drivers.
• Maintain lorry profile, upkeep motor vehicles records.
• Manage complaints from sales representatives or customers.
• Liaise with customer’s rescheduling & orders.
