Job description

Responsible for coordinating all logistics activities for a construction company, including drivers, vehicles, lorry cranes, machineries, and equipment. Ensures efficient, safe, and timely movement of resources to support project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily deployment of drivers, vehicles, and lorry cranes.
• Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of machineries and construction equipment.
• Maintain equipment/vehicle availability, servicing schedules, and inspection records.
• Ensure operators and drivers hold valid licences and comply with WSH, MOM, and LTA regulations.
• Handle logistics issues such as breakdowns, urgent site needs, and routing changes.
• Oversee lifting operations planning together with lifting supervisors and site teams.
• Track inventory of tools/materials and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
• Prepare logistics reports, deployment records, and administrative documentation.
• Liaise with project teams, safety, procurement, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum O-Level
• 5–6 years experience in construction logistics or transport coordination.
