Our client, a global architecture firm, is hiring for an Office Administrator on a 3 months contract, with possibility of conversion to permanent.

The Role

The role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to regional leadership, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and confidential information. It involves coordinating meetings and events, ensuring logistics and technical requirements are met, and supporting studio-wide operations across multiple time zones. Responsibilities also include partnering with HR on talent initiatives such as professional development tracking and onboarding, collaborating with office administration and IT for workspace and software updates, and assisting with internal and external event planning to ensure smooth and efficient studio operations.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant capacity, with good communication skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, organized and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Immediate availability will be advantageous.
