Job scope:

Logistics on Marketing and Admissions Strategies

• Manage an admissions role-based email account to handle and dispatch enquiries and communications from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist the Asst Dean and Assistant Manager in working on marketing initiatives like social media posts and communication materials.
• Assist the Asst Dean and Assistant Manager in keeping track of and analyzing competitors’ media communication movements and update the team accordingly.
• Preparation of reports to management when required.

Student Outreach and Recruitment

• Assist the Marketing & Outreach team with event logistics and administration for outreach events and activities as needed.
• Participate in outreach events in pre-university institutions.
• Any assigned duties assigned by the management.
