Job summary
A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the deployment of drivers and equipment. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in construction logistics, knowledge of heavy vehicles, and strong coordination skills. This role requires effective communication and problem-solving abilities within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 5-6 years experience in construction logistics or transport coordination.
- Knowledge of heavy vehicles, lorry crane operations, and construction equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule daily deployment of drivers and vehicles.
- Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of machineries and construction equipment.
- Track inventory of tools/materials and coordinate deliveries.
- Handle logistics issues such as breakdowns and urgent site needs.
- Prepare logistics reports and deployment records.

Responsible for coordinating all logistics activities for a construction company, including drivers, vehicles, lorry cranes, machineries, and equipment. Ensures efficient, safe, and timely movement of resources to support project operations.
- Plan and schedule daily deployment of drivers, vehicles, and lorry cranes.
- Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of machineries and construction equipment.
- Maintain equipment/vehicle availability, servicing schedules, and inspection records.
- Ensure operators and drivers hold valid licences and comply with WSH, MOM, and LTA regulations.
- Handle logistics issues such as breakdowns, urgent site needs, and routing changes.
- Oversee lifting operations planning together with lifting supervisors and site teams.
- Track inventory of tools/materials and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
- Prepare logistics reports, deployment records, and administrative documentation.
- Liaise with project teams, safety, procurement, and external vendors.
- Minimum O-Level
- 5–6 years experience in construction logistics or transport coordination.
- Knowledge of heavy vehicles, lorry crane operations, and construction equipment.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
