Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property & Asset Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of industrial and logistics properties across multiple countries. The role involves operational management, leasing, team leadership, budgeting, and coordination with regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of local and overseas properties.
  • Support leasing processes including marketing, tenant evaluation, negotiation, and renewals.
  • Plan and execute property enhancement, improvement, and maintenance works.
  • Lead and coordinate property management teams across various locations.
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and regular management reports.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
  • Implement process improvements, operational efficiencies, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and ensure service quality.
  • Prepare professional documentation and reports for internal and regional use.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Real Estate, Building/Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in property or asset management; overseas experience preferred.
  • Experience managing industrial or warehouse assets is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
  • Able to collaborate with regional teams and prepare reports in Chinese as the role requires frequent communication with headquarters and stakeholders in China.
