Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm based in Singapore is seeking a motivated HR professional to partner with clients and manage HR operations. The ideal candidate has a Degree in Human Resource Management and at least 3-4 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include delivering HR compliance, providing advisory services, and building strong client relationships. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have at least a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Proven working experience in HR field with knowledge of HR systems and applications.
  • 3 - 4 years’ experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Business partnering with clients in HR & administrative functions.
  • Delivering HR policies and ensuring compliance with local legislations.
  • Administering daily HR operations and payroll processing.
  • Providing advisory on HR matters including MOM/CPF/IRAS issues.
  • Managing relationships with clients to meet expectations.
  • Supporting the Group Head to grow the business and standardize procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Business partnering with clients in full spectrum of HR & administrative functions in an outsource environment
  • Delivering comprehensive HR policies, procedures and associated documents in keeping abreast with statutory changes and ensure full compliance with local legislations
  • Administering daily HR operational matters and processing full set of payroll and statutory submission
  • Providing advisory to clients and their employees on all HR matters including but not limited to MOM/CPF/IRAS issues
  • Providing guidance and support to the operations team to ensure quality and timely delivery of services to all clients
  • Managing and building relationships with the clients to meet and exceed the customers’ expectation through a high level of service
  • Supporting the Group Head to create and implement strategies designed to grow the business and standardizing operating procedures in delivery of services
  • Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by Group Head or the Management to achieve the goals of the business unit
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Proven working experience in HR field with knowledge of HR systems and applications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong verbal & written communication and able to interact with people at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good working attitude and customer service focus
  • 3 – 4 years’ experience in related field
