Job Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise store staff, including creating schedules, assigning duties, and providing feedback.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory counts, order new merchandise, and ensure products are organized and replenished.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, resolve complaints, and handle customer inquiries.
• Implement sales strategies, set sales goals, and monitor sales performance. Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Enforce company policies, maintain store safety standards, and monitor security measures to protect assets and personnel.
• Handle daily financial transactions, prepare sales and expense reports, and report store performance to management.
