Job summary
A globally renowned luxury brand is seeking a Luxury Retail Associate / Supervisor in Singapore. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and managing inventory. Candidates should have at least one year of retail experience, preferably in luxury, and be bilingual in Mandarin. Competitive compensation includes a basic salary between SGD 2,500 - SGD 4,500 plus commission.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of fast fashion retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Effectively bilingual to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clientele.
- Well-groomed, customer-focused and fashion-savvy.

We are seeking results-driven sales professionals to join a globally renowned luxury brand.
Supervisor Opportunity: Candidates with 3-5 years of luxury retail, store operations and supervisory experience will be considered for a Supervisor position.
Job Highlights:
- $2,500 - $4,500 basic + Commission + Fixed Allowance + AWS (commensurate with experience)

- Deliver personalised service to create an exceptional shopping experience
- Drive sales and meet store targets
- Maintain visually stunning merchandise display
- Manage inventory and stock organisation
- Assist in sales reporting and performance tracking
Job Requirement:
- At least 1 year of fast fashion retail experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Effectively bilingual to communicate with Mandarin Speaking clientele
- Well-groomed, customer-focused and fashion-savvy
- Strong communication and people skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology
- Ability to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
