PERFECTION TCM is a beauty salon located at Jurong West and Bishan, with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. We serve a large customer base mainly from the neighborhood and offer a variety of hair services, facial treatments, and TCM treatments.

We are expanding and seeking enthusiastic beauticians who are outgoing and team players to join our new shop. The roles include:

• Experienced Beautician / Therapist
• Experienced Beauty Consultant
• Sales Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities include:

• Basic salary + Commission
• Promoting a wide range of services and packages
• Providing excellent customer service and communication
• Working well with team members and being hardworking
• Maintaining good relationships with clients in English and Chinese
• Possessing strong negotiation and selling skills, being well-groomed and presentable
• Being independent and self-motivated
• Having beauty/facial knowledge and personal sales achievement

Job Key Responsibilities include managing daily operations, leading and coaching staff, maintaining customer database, promoting treatments, and achieving sales targets. The position requires a 6-day work week and the ability to handle customer complaints and motivate staff.
