About our Line of Business - Training & Simulation Systems

Our Training & Simulation Systems business has nearly 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. We aim to create a better future through learning, training, and simulation.

Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact

You will be a key technology partner to our customers, helping develop breakthroughs for Singapore's defence and security. Working closely with the product manager and project leads, you will be part of a development team to develop, test, and deploy software applications within project implementations.

Be Part of Our Success

• Interpret and review interface control documents provided by partners/customers.
• Participate in interface review meetings with stakeholders to determine data exchange requirements.
• Generate technical documents such as Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Test Procedures.
• Diagnose system issues and develop solutions, with a strong understanding of system interfaces.
• Assess new requests from customers to determine feasibility and associated costs.
• Manage DevOps, run sprints, and track development progress.

Qualities We Value

• 7+ years of experience in a development role, with experience in at least one full software development cycle.
• Experience in developing and deploying web-based applications with support for at least 1 year.
• Deep understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, deployment).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Proficiency in C# and experience with existing backend applications built with C#.
• Familiarity with transferring gRPC protobufs between backend and frontend over HTTPS.
• Proficiency with MSSQL databases.
• Experience managing sprints and tracking progress with Azure DevOps.
