Description Specialist CyberSecurity (Identity Governance)

Role Summary

We are hiring a CyberSecurity Specialist with a strong background in Identity Governance to manage user identities, enforce security standards, and maintain regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in IAM processes, auditing, access provisioning, and integrating identity data across applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage user identities and access rights across the enterprise.
2. Conduct access reviews, audits, and risk analysis to ensure compliance.
3. Develop and enforce policies for identity governance and access control.
4. Manage identity directory services and IAM systems.
5. Oversee provisioning and deprovisioning of user access.
6. Identify and resolve issues related to misaligned or unmanaged access.
7. Integrate applications to ensure accurate user access data collection and reporting.
8. Support and enforce security best practices throughout the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
9. Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance IAM maturity and reduce risk exposure.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Identity Governance frameworks and solutions.
• Experience with access audits, reviews, and policy enforcement.
• Solid understanding of IAM technologies and directory services.
• Knowledge of risk and compliance standards and security regulations.
• Familiarity with SDLC and security integration across application lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CISM, CISA, CISSP, or related IAM certifications) are a plus.
• Experience working in regulated industries (BFSI, healthcare, etc.) preferred.
