We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day‑to‑day operations of our F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or F&B retail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight:

    • Manage the daily operations of multiple retail units
    • Monitor inventory control to minimize stocks in outlets
  • Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
    • Develop team schedules and manage labor budgets
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching
  • Customer Service & Quality Control:

    • Ensure a consistent and high‑quality customer experience
    • Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly
    • Implement SOPs and service standards across all retail outlets
  • Financial & Strategic Management:

    • Assist in budget planning and monitor financial performance
    • Analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement
    • Implement cost‑control strategies without compromising service quality
  • Health & Safety Compliance:

    • Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actions are taken
  • Upkeep/Maintenance Management:

    • Liaise with Brands person in‑charge for update of the brand on pricing and promotion
    • Ensure brands standard is meet within all stores
Qualifications
