Job description

System Management: Implement, maintain, and optimize logistics software (TMS, WMS) and integrate customer data for seamless operations.

Supply Chain Oversight: Manage sourcing, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and final delivery.

Customer Focus: Act as a liaison, resolve issues, set expectations, and ensure high satisfaction with delivery processes.

Team Leadership: Supervise logistics staff, set goals, and foster collaboration with other departments (sales, operations).

Performance & Cost: Monitor KPIs, analyze data, negotiate contracts, and find ways to reduce costs and improve speed.

Strategy & Compliance: Develop logistics strategies, ensure safety, and meet regulatory standards
