Qualifications

  • 10+ years of demonstrated agency experience at a media publisher, advertiser or agency.
  • 3 to 5 years of team management and people development experience.
  • Understanding of large advertiser behaviors and opportunities across FMCGs, Retail, Tech or QSRs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and grow a portfolio of key Agency Partnerships across the region.
  • Secure short term strategic campaigns, negotiate long term joint business plans with both advertisers and agencies.
  • Hit and exceed quarterly sales and business performance targets.
