A leading beauty service provider in Singapore is looking for an experienced professional to provide Beauty, Eyelash, and Manicure/Pedicure services. In this role, you will lead the outlet team to achieve sales targets, train staff, and ensure high customer service standards. Candidates should have at least 2 years' experience in the beauty industry and a proven sales record. Join us to make a significant impact in a vibrant beauty environment.
Qualifikationen
- At least 2 years of working experience in the beauty industry is required.
- Proven sales records in the beauty industry.
Aufgaben
- Provide Beauty, Eyelash and Manicure/Pedicure services to customers.
- Lead the outlet team in achieving outlet sales target.
- Achieve personal sales target.
- Support the sales team and ensure they meet performance KPIs.
- Responsible for daily outlet operations.
- Train, mentor, and coach outlet staff.
- Provide professional consultation to customers on beauty products.
- Ensure good customer experience and service standard.
Kenntnisse
- Provide Beauty, Eyelash and Manicure/Pedicure services to customers
- Lead the outlet team in achieving outlet sales target
- Achieve personal sales target
- Support the sales team and ensure that they can meet team's performance KPI
- Responsible for daily outlet operations
- Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
- Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
- Ensure good customer experience and service standard
- At least 2 years of working experience in beauty industry is required for this position
- Proven sales records in beauty industry
