A leading infrastructure company in Singapore is seeking a proactive Site Operations Supervisor to lead site teams for water services. The role involves overseeing site surveys, managing teams for pipe laying and urgent repairs, and enforcing safety regulations. We are one of the largest one‑stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre‑mix production and construction waste recycling.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Operations Supervisor to lead and manage site teams involved in water services works across Singapore. You will oversee site surveys, coordinate multiple teams for pipe laying and urgent repairs, and ensure compliance with job plans and safety regulations. Your role includes managing team performance, identifying training needs, and supporting career development. You will also work closely with the Project Team to optimize scheduling, resource deployment, and operational efficiency while maintaining strong public relations and enforcing safety standards on site.
