Job summary

A restaurant chain in Singapore is seeking an experienced manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of service. Restaurant Operations

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service at all times.
  • Uphold high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Team Supervision & Training
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate service crew and kitchen team.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of staff.
  • Lead by example to maintain a positive and disciplined work environment.
  • Plan and manage staff scheduling and manpower planning.
Customer Service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related concerns.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment for all customers.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulations, including NEA, SFA, and WSQ requirements.
  • Maintain food safety, workplace safety, and sanitation standards.
Inventory & Cost Control
  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
  • Monitor wastage, control operating costs, and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Support administrative tasks and reporting when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry in Singapore.
  • Experience managing a restaurant or supervising a service team.
  • Strong people management skills with ability to lead both Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams.
  • Familiar with local F&B regulations, food safety standards, and hygiene compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environments.
