Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience as area manager or store manager in a Japanese restaurant.

Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
• Check Workstations for operations
• Ensure food is served in accordance with SOPs
• Manage quality control at both outlet and execute crisis management plans
• Manage productivity performance
• Responsible for inventories and stock-taking activities
• Facilitate and maintain compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements
• Cover duties (both service and kitchen) when required
• Manage site/outlet and equipment maintenance
• Maintain Standards and Standard Operating Procedures for store operations
• Solve problems and make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
• Generate reports and present store performance
• Responsible for income and expenses
• Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
• Conduct outlet audit to upkeep standards and conduct staff performance assessment process
• Manage training at the store level
• Handle disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters at the store level
• Administer purchasing and receiving procedures

Requirements:

• Preferably with more than 3 years of experience as area manager or store manager in Japanese restaurant.
• Looking for Japanese and English speaking candidates to who are required to speak with Japanese-speaking clients and management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, able to liaise with all employees
