Intergenerational Programme Executive (3 year contract)
Job summary
A nursing home in Singapore is seeking a program coordinator to manage intergenerational activities and ensure quality assurance in programming. Responsibilities include scheduling activities, facilitating meetings, and evaluating programs. Candidates should have a diploma and relevant experience working with children. Responsibilities
- Executes a multi-level intergenerational program with stakeholders.
- Develops a monthly planned schedule of intergenerational activities.
- Organises and facilitates monthly Intergenerational programmes meetings.
Education
- Executes a multi-level intergenerational program with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provides ongoing quality assurance in Intergenerational programming that includes assisting and facilitating intergenerational programmes.
- Develops a monthly planned schedule of intergenerational activities.
- Responsible for both quantitative and qualitative evaluations of Intergenerational programmes.
- Organises and facilitates monthly Intergenerational programmes meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinates with various stakeholders to ensure that Intergenerational programmes are carried out regularly.
- Provides a brief outline to garner buy‑ins of Intergenerational programmes with all relevant employees during inter‑department engagement sessions.
- Schedules and facilitates special, and/or celebratory events for residents with aspects of promoting Intergenerational interactions.
- Participates in research projects pertaining to Intergenerational activities.
- Assists in development of policies, public information and materials promoting Intergenerational programming.
- Any other duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.
- Diploma holder from a recognised institution.
- At least 1 year of direct experience in working with children.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- 3 years contract.
