Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional & Digital Marketing professional to support the Group’s marketing strategies and work closely with the team on digital marketing campaigns, business development, and thought leadership initiatives.
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and communication including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the reports and review metrics that affect website traffic and target audience.
- Coordinate with various advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Improve brand awareness and online presence through digital marketing projects and campaigns.
- Improve the UX, traffic, and content of the corporate website.
- Create, edit, and publish thought leadership content such as articles, client alerts, newsletters, and case studies in collaboration with partners and subject‑matter experts.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to support events, seminars, webinars, and business development initiatives.
- Manage SEO, basic SEM, and website performance to improve visibility and engagement.
- Track and analyse digital marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare regular management reports.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
Reporting and Analysis
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs).
- Monitor and analyse the performance of online and offline marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide accurate reporting on the digital campaign’s overall performance with Google Analytics metrics.
- Research and stay up to date with emerging digital platforms, industry trends, and social media trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within a professional service, B2B, or regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including website management, SEO, email marketing, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in professional or corporate content writing.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as CMS platforms, email marketing systems, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
