Lift Inspection Technician

Lift Industry |Inspection level | 5 days

  • Work Location: Various location within Mainland Singapore
  • Office Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.45pm
  • Monthly Salary: Basic up to $3010 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
  • Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
  • Conduct scheduled annual inspections and full‑load testing of lift and escalator systems to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Identify, document, and report any faults or irregularities detected during inspections.
  • Perform corrective actions and adjustments to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Ensure all inspection and maintenance activities comply with ISO 22201‑1:2017, ISO 9001, and internal quality standards.
  • Record inspection findings accurately and communicate results to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team in compiling reports and monitoring corrective measures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in lift/escalator maintenance and inspection
  • Hands‑on experience in conducting full‑load testing and performing mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
  • Well‑versed in ISO 22201-1 standards and safety procedures related to vertical transportation systems.
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
