As a Manager, Learning Strategy and Organisation Development, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Partner with senior leadership to translate organisational priorities into a coherent learning and capability development strategy.
- Design, implement, and manage learning frameworks and initiatives that support workforce transformation and performance.
- Lead organisation-wide learning needs analysis to identify capability gaps and align interventions with strategic goals.
- Convert approved learning priorities into structured programmes, departmental plans, and individual development pathways.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives, ensuring milestones, timelines, and outcomes are met.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness using data and insights, driving continuous improvement and evidence-based decision-making.
- Manage learning budgets and resources to maximise impact, cost-effectiveness, and return on investment.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with external training providers, academic institutions, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that integrate learning solutions with organisational change and development efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support organisation-wide projects and continuous people development initiatives.
Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related.
- Preferably at least 6 years of relevant experience in the field of learning & development, with experience in strategic planning and management.
