The Disability and Inclusion Panel Study (DIPS) is a longitudinal research initiative launched in 2022 that offers a comprehensive view of the experiences, challenges, and needs of persons with disabilities in Singapore. The study surveys 2,200 individuals aged 15-64 with disabilities, alongside their caregivers, on a quarterly basis until 2030, covering areas such as employment, independent living, access to services, and overall quality of life. The insights gathered aim to fill critical gaps in our understanding and contribute to Singapore's broader strategy for disability inclusion, including the Enabling Masterplan 2030.
